Nazifa Sidiq founded Bolani in 2003 to bring healthy, delicious Afghan specialties to her community. She uses a traditional recipe for vegetable-filled flatbreads that's been passed down for generations, and sources the majority of her ingredients from California growers and producers. All Bolani products are vegan or vegetarian, preservative-free, hydrogenated-oil-free, and full of great vegetarian protein, vitamins, and minerals. Their mission is to make handmade, delicious, and nutritious food using sustainable ingredients, helping create access to healthy and delicious artisanal food.
