Our family story is one that has always valued time, great patience, and exceptional pasta. Over 160 years after our founding in the historic milling town of Benevento upon the river Sabato (mid-boot, 50km North of Naples), our ancient factory continues to craft the best tasting pasta Italy has to offer. With the hills of Sannio as backdrop, we are grateful to be surrounded by some of the best durum wheat in the world, and take great pride turning it into the finished product we offer your family.
We celebrate the art of pasta making by following our family's Lenta Lavorazione (slow processing) method. Using only the best durum wheat that nature has to offer, we handle our ingredients with care and without hurrying, respecting their needs and characteristics in tune with the rhythm of nature. This ensures our pasta has the right protein content that can deliver our prized texture and chew, as affirmed by being the first commercial pasta certified by the Italian Cooks Federation (2012).
