Blue Zones Kitchen was co-founded by Dan Buettner based on decades of research on the blue zones. Dan Buettner, a National Geographic Fellow and host of the Emmy-Award winning Netflix series, "Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones," believes that the key to eating for longevity is taste, which is why every Blue Zones Kitchen meal is made with high quality ingredients and crafted to be maniacally delicious.
