Laoban Dumplings make their dumplings from scratch using all-natural, premium ingredients like free range chicken, Berkshire pork, handmade dough, and without any preservatives. Their recipes come from Tim Ma, a 5x Michelin awarded chef who comes from a family of Chinese restaurateurs. His uncle Paul Ma ran a legendary restaurant in NY in the 70s & 80s that served as a cultural exchange hub, and there is currently an exhibit in the Smithsonian American History Museum about Tim and his uncle Paul.
