The team at Tin Wah Noodle Co is behind two of San Francisco's oldest family-owned noodle factories still in business: Tin Wah Noodle Co was founded in the 1940s, and Mon Sing Noodle Co in 1932. They're part of San Francisco's Legacy Business Registry. They make fresh artisan noodles using traditional noodle-making techniques passed down over generations. Tin Wah's noodles are served in many award-winning Bay Area eateries.
Tin Wah strives to source their fresh ingredients locally or within the USA. They're celebrating four generations of noodle-making, and are proud to still use family recipes and vintage machinery operated by master noodle-makers. Tin Wah's customers used to travel from afar for noodles to celebrate special occasions and holidays; now, you can enjoy their fresh noodles right in your own home.
