Tin Wah's Egg Noodles are bouncy and light, made from enriched wheat flour and fresh eggs. They can be used in noodle soups, stir fry noodle dishes, or doused in your favorite sauce. Makes about 3 servings; for best results, cook noodles from frozen (do not defrost).
