Rubicon Bakers

Rubicon Bakers was founded in 1993 with the mission to create opportunities for people who need a second chance. For the past 28 years, Rubicon Bakers has helped turned lives around by employing, training, and supporting their employees. Many of these employees have experienced significant barriers to employment, including housing insecurity, incarceration, substance use disorders, and other systemic challenges. As a Certified B corporation, Rubicon not only uses their business as a force for good in the community, but also baking great quality products. They use clean ingredients, never any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. All of their goods are mixed from scratch and finished by hand.
