Moulin de Gassac
Aniane, France
Moulin de Gassac was founded in 1970 by Véronique and Aimé Guibert. They were some of the first winemakers to bring fine winemaking to the Languedoc region, believing that natural farming and the terroir of the land could lead to wines on par with Bordeaux or Burgundy. Today the winery is run by their children, who have been farming the land naturally for years, using no chemical herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides, no irrigation, and only indigenous yeast.
