Guilhem Rosé

Moulin de Gassac's Guilhem Rosé is a blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Carignan. This wine has aromas of crushed red flowers, cherry, and red currant. On the palate you'll get notes of strawberry, tart raspberry, red apple, and peach, with hints of herb and limestone. Fruity but bone dry, with a crisp acidity for a refreshing finish, this wine pairs perfectly with seasonal fruit, poultry dishes, or even a plate of fried chicken and waffles.
