Edison Grainery is my family’s commitment to a better and healthier life. No one is more surprised than me that our individual experiences and interests would culminate into a family business, dedicated to cultivating relationships, preserving the integrity of organically grown food while upholding basic principles of sourcing and producing quality products.
Our mission is to make organic and safe ingredients affordable and accessible for all. From super-foods to pantry staples, we import a variety of ingredients from around the world. With thirty years in the food industry, we've fostered excellent relationships with farmers and agricultural vendors.
Edison Grainery's warehousing of raw ingredients, and its two productions lines are "allergen-free". This means our main facility is free of known allergens including gluten, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, and sesame. Our "allergen-tolerant" production line and warehouse space is in a separate location. Preventing cross contamination is paramount to our food safety program. Our commitment to bring you the finest, organic products extends to the way we package each ingredient. Our current line comes in a low VOC, rice bag with a resealable zipper and tear notch.
Edison Grainery is certified Organic (OTCO & USDA), Certified Gluten-Free (GF) and Kosher (CRC). We proudly partner with another family-run company in Bolivia to import the highest quality gluten-free organic pastas available today. Coronilla's mission is to source and sustain the eco-social status of Bolivia and the quinoa market. Coronilla is certified by the World Fair Trade Organization.

Edison Grainery is a family-run company that is based in Oakland, California, and is dedicated to offering gluten-free foods that are certified and tested to be free of allergens. The company has a strong belief in transparency and traceability of all of the products that they import, and they test and retest their products for allergens and contaminants.
