Directions for use:
Soaking millet in boiling water for 10 minutes will help reduce cooking time
Put 1 cup of millet in a saucepan with 3-4 cups of water or stock, and bring it to a boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes for fluffy millet
For creamy millet, leave the lid off and stir often, adding additional water as desired
