Kimchi Pancakes

Crispy, chewy, spicy and slightly tangy, these vegan kimchi pancakes make an irresistible appetizer or snack. Handcrafted in small batches using Volcano Kimchi's Napa Cabbage Kimchi and a grain-free organic flour blend, the result is a celebration of flavors and texture. No added sugars, vinegars, or preservatives. This is precooked and ready to reheat.

Reheating Instructions:

Keep frozen or refrigerated.

If frozen, thaw ahead.

1. In a non-stick pan, heat pancakes on medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
2. Flip and head for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Dip with gochujang or make a sauce with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, dash of sesame oil (optional), sesame seeds (optional)
