Two Chicks Jerky

Two Chicks Jerky is the brainchild of Shannon and Breelyn, friends who loved making homemade goodies like pickled veggies, home-brewed ale and of course—beef jerky. Shannon was bartending in their neighborhood, and starting handing out jerky to her customers for constructive criticism. By the time they noticed folks were coming into the bar for jerky, and leaving if it wasn't available, they realized they might be onto something. They launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds, and with the support of their community, family, and friends, they founded Two Chicks Jerky to bringing a quality, healthy snack to the masses. They use locally sourced grass-fed beef from the Richards Family Ranch, gluten-free tamari, and honey rather than processed sugar.
