The Slanted Door's Pasture Raised Chicken Pho Kit is a dish to heal all. It is a staff favorite at The Slanted Door restaurants, a meal they can eat every day and not tire of. A bowl of pho is like the hamburgers of Vietnam - incredibly popular, eaten every day by a majority of the population of all ages. This pho contains a clear broth seasoned with fish sauce and all the fixings to enhance the flavor to your liking.
Elevate your pho bowl by garnishing it with The Slanted Door's Hoisin Sauce and/or Fermented Chile Sauce to enhance the flavor to the next level!
Cooking Instructions:
1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Take the pho bag and dip it into boiling water for a few seconds, to melt any fat from the bag. Pour the bag into a separate pot and bring to a boil.
3. Add noodles and stir for about 10 seconds and drain well. Place into a serving bowl. Pour hot pho over cooked noodles. Garnish as desired with the accompanying accouterments.
