Directions: Heat a nonstick pan or cast iron pan to medium heat. Add about 1 tablespoon of oil of choice. cook the daikon cakes on 1 side for at least 5-8 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. do not move the daikon cakes once in the pan, otherwise, it will not form a nice crust. Flip over and repeat on the other side. Serve with the accompanying sauce as a dipping sauce
