Claypot Sauce

This sauce is used to make one of The Slanted Door's signature dishes and a dish that has been served on The Slanted Door menu since day one. It is reminiscent of a sweet soy sauce but blended with fish sauce and lemon juice. The Slanted Door recommends pairing with chicken thighs, sliced shallots, ginger, and Thai chiles for a meal in minutes.

Ingredients: son's fish sauce, sugar, distilled white vinegar, lemon juice, brown candy, dark soy sauce (water, soybeans, sugar, salt, wheat flour).
