Barrel Aged Holiday Ham

Smoking Goose's Barrel Aged Holiday Ham is rich, flavorful, juicy and tender! The pasture-raised Duroc pigs are from Gunthorp Farms, a 4th generation family operation, and cured only with the naturally occurring nitrates and nitrites in sea salt and celery powder. Chilled but never frozen, this smoky and delicious ham makes for an incredibly festive meal. Carve thick slices to serve alongside roast veggies and fruit compote, and make sure to save some leftovers for omelettes and ham sandwiches the next day.
