Honoring ingredients as agricultural products and cooking delicious food from them has been part of the Bay Area's cultural identity for several decades. When Jennifer Colliau started Small Hand Foods in 2008, she brought that mentality to cocktails, ensuring that the fruit, sugar and and nuts used in her cocktail syrup line honored this tradition. With Small Hand Cocktails, she furthers this by holding to the same standards as her syrups: real food and high-quality ingredients, made by hand into delicious ready-to-drink cocktails.
