Fresh Linguine

Semolina Artisanal Pasta's Linguine is a certified organic, flat and long pasta made from 100% American-grown durum semolina and water. Linguine is extremely versatile in that it can be used in any pasta dish, but works especially well in linguine alla vongole. It is also a cousin to the pastas bavette and trenette and can be interchanged in recipes that call for those.
