Seal the Seasons
Seal the Seasons started at the farmers market. Their founder Patrick Mateer ran a “donation station” booth where surplus produce was donated to support hungry communities. He got to know the family farmers and learned they couldn’t sell their whole crop through the market stand. They needed more places and avenues to sell healthy local food. At the same time, shoppers loved supporting their local family farms but could only come to the farmers market during harvest. He envisioned a world where local produce was available 365 days a year in the frozen aisle of the grocery store, and seal the seasons was born. All of the frozen fruits are grown and frozen right here in California. They never even leave the state. Seal the Seasons brand is the only frozen produce grown, frozen and sold in the same region.
