Original Pattern Brewing Company is an award-winning employee-owned brewery and tasting room in Oakland, California. We love all styles of beer and always have a diverse selection ranging from IPAs (Hazy and clear) to Lagers and Sours and everything in between. Our team has connections down under and we frequently showcase a range of unique and hard-to-get New Zealand hops in our IPAs.
Original Pattern was named one of the Top 10 Best New Breweries in the U.S. by USA Today Magazine! We won a Gold Medal at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival in the Session IPA category, a Bronze Medal at the 2021 Great American Beer Festival in the New Zealand Style Pale Ale category, and a Gold Medal at the 2019 California Craft Brewer’s Cup in the American Wild Ale (Sour) category.
