In 2013, two childhood friends, Kjartan Gíslason, a chef, and Óskar Þórðarson, embarked on a chocolate-making adventure in Reykjavík, Iceland, giving rise to Omnom. They transformed traditional chocolate production with a creative spin, sourcing the finest cocoa beans and experimenting with chocolate-making in their kitchen. Their approach wasn't just about following the norm but rather revolutionizing it, resulting in a product that blends quality and imagination. Omnom's chocolate, characterized by its simplicity and good ingredients, also stands out visually, drawing inspiration from baroque, surrealism, pop art, and Nordic architecture, creating a brand identity that's as unique and adventurous as its origins.
