After several years of cooking in some of the top restaurants in the city, Founder Alton But noticed that the non-alcoholic beverage pairings were always less than inspiring. NYC has some of the best Asian cuisine outside of Asia, only for the meals to be paired with the same old sodas and soft drinks that every other restaurant in the city carries. After ruminating on the possibility of bringing a new and different take on the classic beverage to the table, Alton and his team launched Moshi in 2020. AAPI owned and founded, they explore global flavors with their products, using unique Asian ingredients in their beverages. Their Yuzu Sparkling Drink line is a 3x Award winning beverage made with 100% Yuzu Juice from Japan. The line is Non-GMO verified, gluten-free, vegan, and OU Kosher verified.
