Organic Brown Jasmine Rice is a long, whole-grain rice grown on small farms in Cambodia. This premium variety of Jasmine rice is called Phka Malis, which in the Khmer language means a beautiful garland of flowers because of its delicate floral aroma. Our Brown Jasmine Rice is exceptionally soft, making it an ideal replacement for white rice in any dish. Its whole-grain bran layer gives the rice a nutty aroma reminiscent of buttered popcorn.
