We hand-press the world's tastiest apple juice on a wooden press on our organic farm, then reduce it way, way down into our intense apple syrup. We cook up the syrup in small batches with local butter, organic cream, and organic sweeteners. The caramels are hand finished with an organic toasted almond and a sprinkle of our own apple sugar and Jacobsen vanilla bean sea salt, then hand-cut and wrapped, boxed, and sent to you!
