Guava Ice Cream with Indian Red Chilli

Small batch and Bay Area made ice cream using locally sourced ingredients. This Guava Ice Cream is inspired by both Indian and Mexican tradition of sprinkling tropical fruits with Tajin or red chili powder. Koolfi's version is refreshing, creamy, and just a tad bit spicy.

Ingredients: organic ice cream base (cream, non-fat milk, cane sugar, egg yolks), pink guava puree (guava, malic and ascorbic acids), guava paste (guava pulp, sugar, liquid sugar, citric acid acidulant), red chilli powder.

Contains: milk, eggs. Product is made on equipment that processes dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy.
