Kif Water Kefir was born out of founder, Caroline's desire to incorporate more living, probiotic-rich foods and beverages into her daily diet. In order to help alleviate her gut health issues, she began fermenting anything under the sun and stumbled upon an almost-forgotten powerful probiotic drink known as water kefir. It was simple and refreshing - full of the powerful probiotic she needed more of. After sharing it with friends and family and witnessing others also claim it be the most refreshing & approachable probiotic product they had ever had, Kif Water Kefir was born.
