Jackson's was born out of the Reamer family’s heartfelt mission to improve their son Jackson’s quality of life after he was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder. Embracing a high-fat, low-carb diet, the family discovered that using premium fats like coconut oil significantly impacted Jackson’s health. While this lifestyle improved their overall well-being, the family missed snack foods. They began crafting sweet potato chips, cooked low and slow in coconut oil, using locally grown, thinly sliced sweet potatoes.
The results were so delicious they decided to share them with the world, and Jackson's was born. Founded by Megan and Scott Reamer, Jackson’s honors their son’s legacy by creating chips that are not only flavorful but also rooted in family care and high-quality ingredients. Today, Jackson’s continues to make snacks that embody their commitment to health and love, offering a better-for-you option that’s deeply personal and proudly crafted.
