Here We Flo

Cofounders Tara Chandra and Susan Allen started Here We Flo because they wanted bodily care products to be better for humans and the planet. It began when they were having a bathroom chat back in 2013 while in college. Susan was dreaming about starting a business together and Tara was wondering why she couldn't find organic tampons anywhere. After endless research and brainstorming, Here We Flo was born with the mission to empower people to feel crazy confident and comfortable through life's messiest moments. Here We Flo uses brightly coloured packaging as well as organic ingredients. They believe that what you put inside your body – whether food or personal care – should be as natural as possible and not horrible for the planet. Here We Flo products are certified vegan and cruelty-free. Their plant-based ingredients like cotton and bamboo are certified. Never using harsh chemicals, fragrances or dyes in their products, Here We Flo is working towards becoming a fully carbon-neutral business by the end of 2022. 5% of their profits go back to communities and the planet via charities that are fighting period poverty and FGM.
