Ellenos is a yogurt brand with a heartwarming story that began with a family tradition of yogurt-making. Growing up in a Greek family, yogurt was a way of life, and the family took great pride in crafting the perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and tart flavors. Handmaking small batches of yogurt at home became a cherished tradition, complete with friendly competitions to see who made the best yogurt.

In Australia, father, and son team Con and Alex were handcrafting their Greek yogurt when Yvonne, an American flight attendant, tasted their creation and was instantly hooked. She couldn't resist sharing the amazing yogurt experience with her husband, Bob, and together, they devised a plan. After nearly a decade of hard work, travel, and coordination, Con and Alex moved to Seattle to join forces with Yvonne and Bob, bringing their yogurt-making expertise to the Pacific Northwest.

Ellenos opened its first yogurt bar in Pike Place Market in 2013, sharing their yogurt obsession with the world, one scoop at a time. Combining the traditional Greek yogurt recipe with local ingredients and Pacific Northwest flavors, Ellenos offers a unique and delightful yogurt experience that celebrates their love for yogurt and family traditions.
