Don Abraham controls every part of the process from growing to harvesting the blue agave when perfectly ripe, cooking it slowly (for 48 hours!) in traditional stone ovens, distilling, and finally aging. The Amatitian Valley is one of the most ideal terroirs for agave, and Don Abraham is proud to make a truly unique spirit there.
