His son-in-law, Ferdinand Dolin, inherited the recipe, laying the foundation for the eponymous company we know today. Dolin Vermouth quickly garnered international acclaim, with medals from prestigious exhibitions in Philadelphia, St. Louis, and London during the late 19th century.
