A Proper Claret is a classic Bordeaux style red blend, a bit more on the Cabernet Sauvignon side. You'll notice aromas of cedar, mint, violets, and blackberries, and flavors of rich dark cherries matched with silky tannins and a nice amount of acidity in each sip.
