Big Fork works with small family farmers in Iowa who raise 100% heritage-breed hogs outdoors without the use of antibiotics. Big Fork Brands was founded by Lance Avery, a 20-year veteran of the food industry with a lifelong passion for hogs. Lance is dedicated to elevating swine by creating the best-tasting pork product on the market while supporting farmers who believe in raising hogs in a humane and respectful way. Big Fork uses nitrate-free, uncured, and hardwood-smoked bacon and pork, doing as little as possible to the meat so that you can taste the quality.
