Beekeeper's Naturals
After years of battling on-and-off tonsillitis, founder Carly Stein finally found relief in an ingredient called propolis: a combination of tree and plant resin created by bees to protect the hive. The discovery of this clean, natural ingredient led her to wonder why people rely on harmful and artificial ingredients for the body's health. Now, Beekeeper's Naturals vet every last one of their ingredients under the rigorous standards they would want for anything that goes in their bodies.
Beekeeper's Naturals thriving apiaries are in remote locations, away from industrialization for the bees to forage freely, resulting in a high quality, pure product. They meticulously take care of the bees through sustainable beekeeping: never overharvesting from the hives and never feeding the bees anything but their own products. They also utilize third-party pesticide testing. Since bees travel far and wide and can be exposed to pesticides, this testing provides a thorough check on ensuring that their hives and products are pesticide-free.
Beekeeper's Naturals support fellow bee advocates, partnering with The University of California Davis Honey Bee Research Research Facility, one of the leading bee research institutions to raise awareness and support pollinator protection . They also donate 10% of the profits from their apparel line to them.
