This farm is a reality passionately run by Antonia Munari, who produces not only wine, but, thanks to a vinegar factory located in the attic of the villa of the seventeenth century in the center of the estate, also traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. The fertile valleys near the city of Modena are ideal for producing structured but playfully fruit-driven sparkling red, pink and white sparkling wines which are the ideal companion to the region's rich culinary bounty (stuffed pasta, prosciutto, parmigiano cheese, etc).
