Additionally, their cows are A2 cows, meaning that they only contain the A2 beta casein protein that is easily absorbed and digested in the human body, whereas most cows found in the US contain the A1 protein that cause indigestion and allergies.The result? Flavorful milk brimming with vitamins, omega 6 and 3 fatty acids, and free of beta-casein A1. Made with real cacao and a bit of organic cane sugar, this flavorful milk is so delicious we like it on its own in a frosty glass, or in overnight oats, milkshakes, and smoothies.
