Elavi crafts low glycemic, plant-based, gluten-free indulgent snacks in Southern California. After struggling to find low sugar, gut-friendly products, founders Michelle and Nikki set out to create a line of vegan, low sugar dessert cashew butters that combine both nostalgia and a supremely clean ingredient panel. The dazzling blue vanilla frosting is naturally colored blue spirulina and the chocolate fudge uses high-quality dark chocolate. Elavi's dessert cashew butter spreads are just 2-3g of sugar and naturally sweetened with dates and monk fruit. No added sugars, no sugar alcohols, no dairy, no gluten, no soy, no seed or palm oil, no artificial colors or flavorings, and non-GMO. Elavi is certified woman-owned and BIPOC-founded.
