A complement to our popular bbq sauce, this new sauce (introduced in July, 2014) is based around molasses, dark cane sugar, a good amount of vinegar for tang and the addition of bourbon, espresso and a variety of spices and peppers that makes it so delicious you can eat it straight out of the jar all by itself. The San Francisco Chronicle wrote: "This latest offering from the San Francisco preserves company offers deep notes of molasses and bourbon in what tastes like the culinary love child of a traditional bbq sauce and a spiced gingerbread cookie (in a good way, of course)."
