Finally, a natural alternative to mass produced-frozen pizza! We’d like to introduce you to a new concept in store-bought pizza. An innovative product both in quality and versatility: Vicolo Original San Francisco Cornmeal Crust Pizzas. For these all natural, hand-made pizzas we combine our original cornmeal crust with the finest cheeses and freshest vegetables. Vicolo Pizza can be served freshly baked or cooked from frozen. We thank you for sharing our passion for wholesome food as well as our pizzas.


Ingredients: Pizza Crust: (unbleached wheat flour, enzymes, water, non-GMO corn meal, non-GMO organic soybean oil, yeast, salt), Toppings: Whole Milk Mozzarella (cultured pasteurized whole milk, salt, enzymes), Tomato Sauce (diced tomatoes, black pepper, garlic, salt, sugar, sage, marjoram, basil, calcium cloride, citric acid), Goat Cheese (pasteurized goat milk, salt, enzymes), Fresh Herbs (basil, rosemary, chives, oregano, parsley, thyme).

Contains: wheat, soy, milk.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

FROM FRESH:

Oven:

  • Remove plastic and cardboard packaging.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place unwrapped pizza on baking pan.
  • Bake until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted, about 12 to 15 minutes.

Grill:

  • Remove plastic and cardboard packaging.
  • Preheat grill until hot.
  • Place unwrapped pizza on grill.
  • Cook over indirect heat, covered, until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted, about 12 to 15 minutes.

FROM FROZEN: (oven only) Add approximately 5 minutes to cooking time.
