The Vannelli family began making ravioli and other pasta products back in 2017, where they sold into upscale retailers and restaurants in the U.S. Their ingredients are of only high quality, which in turn creates pasta that is all natural and has strong flavor profiles. Now a privately owned company, they take pride in offering authentic and premium Italian products. Their goal is to create pasta that their Nonna (grandmother) would be proud of.
