Tsar Nicoulai's Classic Caviar is a deep jet black in color. It's a medium-sized caviar with a clean, earthy flavor and a creamy finish. Whether you're serving family brunch at the holidays, enjoying a special dinner, or toasting a big occasion; from birthdays to promotions, holidays, New Year's and more, caviar makes any day a little more festive and celebratory.

Note: we recommend serving and enjoying caviar on a non-reactive spoon such as wood, ceramic, mother-of-pearl, or plastic. Reactive metals can alter the delicate flavors of excellent caviar.
