Made with sustainably farmed organic chicken, our Italian sausage delivers a kick of Mediterranean herbs and spices with a gentle dash of sweetness.

These organic chickens are raised on family farms, like Merlyn Bender’s in Humbolt, Nebraska.  He grew up on a farm, as had his parents, and appreciated the family values the livelihood provided. When it comes to animal welfare, Merlyn focuses on food, lighting, air, and water. He provides his chickens with high-quality organic feed; allows the birds to get at least eight hours of dark nighttime rest; provides proper ventilation in barns to keep the air clean; and ensures a consistent clean water supply. When weather permits, the chickens range outdoors, which he finds enhances health and well-being. Merlyn feels good about farming organically and the opportunity it provides to produce good pure foods.
