Larger cousin to our tortellini, our wild mushroom "Tortelloni" is a delicate blend of mushrooms, rich cheeses and pureed porcini mushroom. Wrapped by the perfect blend of durum flour eggs and water.
How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt if desired, add pasta, stir and reduce heat. Simmer ravioli 5-7 minutes to desired tenderness. Do not boil.
How to eat it: Serve tossed with our Arrabbiata, topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. Great with sautéed kale or spinach, fresh garlic and topped with shaved Parmesan.
Enjoy in
chicken or beef broth OR toss with shredded kale, olive oil and parmesan. When butternut is in season, add diced,
roasted butternut.
