Roasted garlic pasta wraps our half-moon shaped ravioli "Mezza-Luna", around a delicious blend of goat cheese, ricotta and roasted garlic.
How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt if desired, add pasta, stir and reduce heat. Simmer ravioli not more than 5 minutes to desired tenderness. Do not boil.
How to eat it: Great with our Alfredo sauce and grated cheese. You can also serve tossed with browned butter on a bed of wilted greens, topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
Please keep refrigerated and enjoy or freeze within 5 days of receiving.
Note: When cooking from frozen, do not defrost. Follow instructions above, adding about 1 minute extra cooking time.
