Green Hill Camembert

Green Hill is a double cream, soft-ripened cheese in the style of a camembert. It has an unctuous, buttery flavor, a thin white bloomy rind, and a smooth, creamy texture. Green Hill is an 8 time American Cheese Society winner. It goes great on a cheese plate, is fantastic with jams, figs, and apples, and pairs well with sparkling wines and dry hard ciders.
