Plant-Based Food Colors

Say goodbye to the boring pastels of most organic food coloring; Supernatural's Plant-Based Food Colors bring a brilliant jewel-toned hue to frostings, batters, and more. Each color package has enough to color 2 cups of frosting, which is usually plenty to top about 2 dozen cupcakes or 3 dozen cookies. Their "Blackberry Magic" food color will even change color with the addition of a bit of lemon juice to lower its pH: watch the hue go from blue to purple to pink, or add a sprinkle of baking soda to raise the pH and watch your frosting turn green.
