Nori is particularly
tasty when lightly toasted (150°F in oven 10 min), then crumbled over food as a
condiment. With up to 30% protein content by weight and exceptionally high in iron, B6 and B12 vitamins, nori is as versatile as it is nourishing. Sustainably harvest by hand at low tide off the Sonoma Coast and sun-dried (never heated!) before being packed in its natural crinkly splendor.
