Most people agree that our Organic Nonfat Milk is sweeter and richer than any skim milk they've ever tasted. It's the skim milk with the full-bodied flavor of low fat milk.
Our Organic Nonfat Milk is pasteurized at 171°F for 18 seconds. Unlike most milk, which is ultra-pasteurized (at or above 280°F for at least two seconds), we preserve the true flavor of milk that results from our cows’ diet.
All of Straus Family Creamery’s certified organic milk products are Non-GMO Project Verified, certified kosher and gluten-free.
Recyclable, reusable glass bottles.
