St. Hildie's
St Hildie’s was founded by three women who love to gather for drinks with friends, whether in garden or forests, and at magic hour when the sun dips in the sky. These three women have known each other for 25 years and all share a passion for the mind, body, and spirit. They created St. Hildie's because of their love of food and drink and how they bring people together. However, they desired to create a product that was better than the soulless options they were seeing on the shelves. Taking inspiration from their muse, 12th century mystic St. Hildegard von Bingen, St. Hildie is the patron saint of plant medicine where her prolific writings on botanicals are still used today.
St. Hildie's are produced in the Pacific Northwest and the ingredients are sourced with integrity and quality from domestic and Canadian suppliers. Their products are minimally processed to retain as much of the flavor and botanical properties as possible. They do not use velcorin, or other preservatives or stabilizers. St. Hildie’s uses real ingredients, carefully crafted for the highest standards in flavor, functionality and complexity. The biggest difference between St. Hildie's and all the other RTD drinks out there is the use of real botanicals which thoughtfully layers flavors and honors the senses, and support the body with adaptogenic properties. St. Hildie’s can be served straight from the can, poured over ice, or even mixed into a cocktail—and clinking glasses with your friends is a must.
